Keep the round moving.
Icebreak has no account to recover and no room code to troubleshoot. Most problems are fixed by reopening the game while online once.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open Icebreak in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Open Icebreak from the new icon once while connected to the internet.
Install on Android
Open Icebreak in a supported browser such as Chrome. Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. The exact label depends on your device.
Use Icebreak offline
Visit the game once with a working internet connection and wait for it to finish loading. The core game files are then kept on your device. If offline mode does not work, reconnect, refresh once, then try again.
Reset pack selection
Return to Packs and tap each pack to select or deselect it. Icebreak remembers only these pack choices. To fully reset them, clear site data for Icebreak in your browser settings.
Sharing does not open
Some browsers do not provide the native share sheet. Icebreak will try to copy a sharing message instead. Clipboard access may require a secure connection and a recent browser.
A question felt wrong
Skip it immediately. Anyone can pass without giving a reason. Icebreak’s prompt catalogue has been reviewed for coercive, humiliating and dangerously sexual material, but context matters and feedback from real groups will continue to shape it.
Report a problem
A direct public support contact has not been published yet. This must be added before App Store submission. Until then, keep the device model, operating system, browser and exact steps that caused the problem so the issue can be reproduced.
